James is a Senior Project Manager at Hadron Consulting where he specialises in leisure and education projects.  He previously worked at Archus Ltd where he delivered a range of healthcare infrastructure projects and helped develop NHS sustainability standards.

James has worked across the entire life cycle of projects, including assisting in the preparation of business cases, developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing the detailed design development stages, and on-site delivery and contract administration.
