Senior Project Manager

Samuel joined the team at Hadron in the summer of 2021. Samuel came from an outdoor sports facilities background, working as a Project Manager with the national development agency for baseball and softball and as a Facilities Manager. Previous to that he worked within water sports with a remit for facilities development and programme management.

In addition to project management, Samuel has 10+ year’s experience working within other areas of sport – business development, facility operations, events management (inc. major events), participation and athlete development. This includes high performance sport where he worked with the Sport Scotland Institute of Sport, Scottish Rugby, Tennis Scotland and football clubs.

He has experience in working with a range of different stakeholder groups including sports clubs, local authorities, universities, NGB’s, national agencies and private sporting organisations. This experience complements development of outdoor facilities, water sports and major events.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam as he led a facilities development project for BaseballSoftballUK that was supported by MLB Europe. His attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive approach laid the foundations for a successful project. In particular, Sam developed strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders that built a huge amount of confidence in the planning process. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.
