James Goodman

Associate Director

James joined Hadron as Associate Director at the beginning of 2024.  Prior to this, James worked for Arcadis delivering a variety of infrastructure programme management roles. 

​

James has worked on a variety of sectors, including leisure, education, health, heritage and culture, highways and local government, both as a consultant and working client-side.

James is experienced in all manners of project and programme management, including PMO delivery roles, and can easily flex into these different capabilities. 

James likes to take a detailed approach to project delivery, enjoying the technical detail, and takes a keen interest in effective contract formulation and management. One of James’ core strengths is in stakeholder engagement and management, ensuring that the right people are involved at the right time, every time.

On a personal level, James’ interest in the sport and leisure sector comes from his own passion in sport coaching and participation.
