Mandeep is an Associate Director at Hadron Consulting with extensive project management experience across a variety of sectors.
Before joining Hadron Consulting, Mandeep worked as a Senior Project Manager at Hollis Global where he delivered a range of sports, commercial and retail projects.
Mandeep’s experience includes working across the entire life cycle of projects and has extensive contracts experience with both the NEC and JCT forms of contract.
During his time in the industry, Mandeep has developed a reputation for adding value to those projects he delivers, through building and driving teams to work in a co-ordinated approach, to deliver the best results possible for clients.
I have worked with the Hadron team since 2019 on the development of the Bedworth Physical Activity Hub, during some very interesting and testing times in the leisure/construction industry. Getting to construction phase in September 2024 was a notable milestone for Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and shows what can be achieved by working in partnership. The professional support and guidance by the experienced Hadron team has been crucial in now delivering the new £30M leisure project in the Borough. They have supported the client with expert technical guidance from very early concept, recognised the challenges being faced on a complex site and project with external funding partners to be supported. I would have no hesitation of recommending Hadron for future leisure projects and welcome the opportunity of working with the team again, as they add significant value and experience to projects of this nature.
