Richard Thompson
Director
Richard is a Director and joint owner of Hadron Consulting.
He joined Hadron from the All England Lawn Tennis Club, where he was a client-side project manager within the Estate Development team. Prior to this Richard worked in the Sports, Leisure & Hospitality team at Deloitte.

Richard excels in developing strong client relationships and leading wide ranging, large, and often high profile, project teams on complex projects.
He has worked with both public and private sector clients in a number of industry sectors, but his strength lies in the project management of sports projects.
Richard is a chartered project manager and has developed a wide range of experience in all areas of project management, including project and programme management, procurement, contract administration, due diligence, feasibility work, development monitoring and business case support.
Having had the pleasure of working with Richard on the £36m Chilterns Lifestyle Centre in Amersham, I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Hadron to any prospective employer. From the initial inception of the project through the detailed design and construction stages, the professionalism, technical advice and delivery has been of the highest standard and Richard has overseen a challenging and complex project with multiple stakeholders. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Richard on future projects.
