Stephen is a Director and joint owner of Hadron Consulting.

Stephen has over 25 years project management experience across the UK. His experience spans both the public and private sectors, with a particular specialism in sports and leisure projects.

Stephen previously worked at McBains, Drivers Jonas and Deloitte, where he was Director in charge of the sports and leisure team, following which he joined up with Peter at Hadron to grow a sustainable business built around high-quality advice placing clients first.

Stephen specialises in the project management of complex, multiple stakeholder projects, and has an impressive track record of delivering on time and to budget, by building strong relationships to create high performing teams.

His experience includes the preparation of feasibility studies, formulation of technical briefs and Employer’s Requirements documents, design coordination, programme and procurement advice, as well as overseeing delivery on site on behalf of the client. ​​
Stephen has worked with me over the last 2.5 years to successfully deliver the leisure element of a complex £350m mixed used development in Hackney. His deep sector leisure and project management experience is exemplary and has given a level of confidence which has been fundamental to the success of the project throughout the business case, masterplan planning and procurement phase of the project.
