Paul is an Associate Director at Hadron Consulting. He has previously worked at Drivers Jonas, Deloitte, client side in the NHS and at Pick Everard.

Paul has extensive experience in project management and contract administration having successfully delivered various projects from inception to completion including several in the sports and leisure sector. 

​

Paul develops trust and integrity with clients, who rely on his ability to support and successfully deliver their requirements.

​

Paul has experience in NEC and JCT forms of building contract, managing risk and the programme, and controlling cost with adherence to capital budgets and required financial spend profiles.

​

He is able to establish a design brief, integrating client and stakeholder requirements, then actively engage in the design development process to ensure that proven materials, design life and future maintenance is considered.  Paul then actively drives the project through the design and construction phases.
