Hadron was formed with a vision to deliver world class projects and developments without compromising on quality of service.
We believe that every client should have access to experienced senior resource and pride ourselves in ensuring the right people deliver the right projects. We will not compromise the service our clients receive by delegating to inexperienced resource.

Peter Curtis
Peter left Deloitte and set up Hadron Consulting Ltd in 2014 with the aim of delivering projects in a more personal way.
Before setting up Hadron Consulting, Peter Curtis was a Director at Deloitte LLP and responsible for delivering large scale, high value developments. He was also a strategic adviser and provided programme management services to high profile clients on multi billion pound projects, such as the Restoration and Renewal Programme for the Houses of Parliament.
His experience includes working with different client groups including sports clubs, local authorities, central government, universities, corporate occupiers, tech companies and developers.

Stephen Jepson
Stephen is a Director and joint owner of Hadron Consulting, having previously worked at McBains Cooper, Drivers Jonas and Deloitte.
He is actively involved in the project management and contract administration of major construction and development projects for private and public sector clients. He has an impressive track record of delivering complex, multiple stakeholder, projects on time and within budget. His particular specialism is in the sport and leisure, major sporting events, commercial and corporate occupier sectors.
His experience includes the preparation of feasibility studies, formulation of technical briefs and employer’s requirements documents, design coordination and programme and procurement advice.

Richard Thompson
Richard is a Director at Hadron and a Chartered Project Manager. He joined Hadron from the All England Lawn Tennis Club, where he was a client-side project manager within the Estate Development team. Prior to this Richard worked in the Sports, Leisure & Hospitality team at Deloitte.
Richard excels in developing strong client relationships and leading wide ranging, large, and often high profile, project teams on complex projects. He has worked with both public and private sector clients in a number of industry sectors, but his strength lies in the project management of sports projects.
Richard has developed a wide range of experience in all areas of project management, including project and programme management, procurement, contract administration, due diligence, feasibility work, development monitoring and business case support.

Christopher Howe
Chris is an Associate Director at Hadron, who likes to take a personal approach to delivering projects.
Before joining Hadron Consulting, Chris delivered a range of commercial, residential and retail projects in both the UK and Europe. Chris now specialises in sport and leisure projects, with key delivery highlights being the delivery of the University of Warwick Sports Hub, as well as leading the pre-construction of the Britannia Leisure Centre for Hackney Council, and also King's Hall Leisure Centre pre-construction.

Fozea Iqbal
Fozea is an Associate Director at Hadron, who enjoys making connections and building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. She brings a wealth of transferable skills throughout her experience working in a cross-sector environment.
Fozea has worked in various client facing roles across the educational, residential and commercial sectors, and she now specialises in sport and leisure projects. Fozea is currently leading on the refurbishment of Seymour Leisure Centre in London, and the new Woolwich Leisure Centre in London.

Mandeep Singh
Mandeep is an Associate Director at Hadron. He joined Hadron in 2021, having previously worked at Hollis Global where he delivered a range of sports, commercial and retail projects.
Mandeep's experience covers the entire project lifecycle, including early feasibility work, business case formulation, developing procurement strategies, and on-site delivery and contract administration.
Mandeep has developed a strong understanding of the sports and leisure sector, having now worked on several schemes with clients to help develop and deliver best in class wet and dry leisure facilities.

Paul Denson
Paul is an Associate Director at Hadron, having previously worked at Drivers Jonas, Deloitte and Pick Everard.
Paul has extensive experience in project management and contract administration, having delivered a range of projects in the sports and leisure sector.
Paul's detailed and focussed approach to projects enabled him to actively drive projects throughout the design and construction phases, to achieve completion on time and within budget.

James Goodman
James is an Associate Director at Hadron, with experience drawing from both consultancy roles and client-side role. James' sector experience is varied, ranging from Sport & Leisure, to Education, Healthcare, Heritage and Highways, and he is a Chartered Project Manager. James is a strong communicator, and enjoys developing and driving project teams to successful outcomes. He has a wide range of knowledge across the project lifecycle, and can help support in both project and programme management roles.

Samuel Haslam
Sam is a Senior Project Manager at Hadron, having previously worked in the outdoor sports facilities sector, working as Project Manager for the national development agency for baseball and softball, and as a Facilities Manager.
Sam has worked in many different areas of the sport and leisure sector, including business development, events management and athlete development.
Sam has experience in working with a range of different stakeholder groups, including sports clubs, local authorities, universities, national agencies and private sporting organisations.

Sepideh Rashti
Sepi is a Project Manager at Hadron. Before joining Hadron Consulting, Sepi worked as a Project Manager at RPS delivering Affordable Extra Care schemes across the UK.
Sepi has a pragmatic and multi-disciplinary approach in delivering projects. She promotes a co-operative and proactive project team by building positive relationships.
Sepi is now working on several sports and leisure schemes, in addition to public realm projects.

James Johnson
James is a Project Manager at Hadron. Before joining Hadron Consulting, James worked at Archus where he delivered a range of healthcare infrastructure projects.
James has worked across the entire lifecycle of projects including in the preparation of business cases and asset advisory services.
James is now developing his experience in the sports and leisure sector, by working as Project Manager on a variety of leisure centre projects.
